In December, 2019, Cityzenith signed a letter of intent with the Orlando Sports & Entertainment District (Orlando S+ED) to provide a Digital Twin solution for their new $500 million, downtown mixed-use project planned to be built across the street from Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.

The project will include a 300-key hotel, 420,000 square foot office tower, 65,000 square foot multi-functional event venue, and more than 100,000 square feet of experiential retail and F&B space in a dynamic, activated streetscope surrounding a highly amenitized interactive and digitally advanced open air plaza that will act as a gathering place for the community.

The owners are developing Orlando S+ED into a smart and connected community that leverages state-of-the-art IoT, Digital Twin and Artifical Intelligence within their proprietary Living-as-a-Service™ plaform to dramatically improve quality of life while reducing the cost of living for all residents and tenants in the S+ED.
