The Las Vegas digital twin project is focused on the display and analysis of IoT sensor data in around the airport, including air quality, noise levels, humidity, temperature, and other key environmental indicators. The Las Vegas project will be the first to be unveiled to the public, slated for presentation at the iconic Computer Electronics Show in Las Vegas to 200,000 attendees in early January 2022.

Cityzenith is developing a Digital Twin for an ultra-luxury residential condominium tower in the Middle East, Lamina Tower. The project is under construction at the Jeddah Corniche resort on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, and with premium 10,000 ft² units revealing unobstructed views of the Red Sea from all rooms, is billed to be one of the most luxurious residential properties in the country. The contract with Cityzenith makes it the first of its type in the Middle East to use a Digital Twin to optimize and enhance marketing and sales, daily operations, and the overall tenant experience.

Cityzenith collaborated with the Orlando Sports & Entertainment District DevCo (Orlando S+ED) to provide a Digital Twin solution for its new $500 million, downtown mixed-use project across the street from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. The project will include a 300-key hotel, 420,000ft² office tower, 65,000ft² multi-functional event venue, and more than 100,000ft² of experiential retail and food & beverage space in a dynamic, activated streetscape surrounding a highly ‘amenitized’ interactive and digitally advanced open air plaza that will act as a gathering place for the community. The owners are developing Orlando S+ED into a smart and connected community that leverages state-of-the-art IoT, Digital Twin and Artificial Intelligence within their proprietary Living-as-a-Service™ platform, to dramatically improve quality of life while reducing the cost of living for all residents and tenants in the district.
Cityzenith collaborated with the world’s 3rd largest property management firm to integrate multiple sub systems in a Digital Twin of the famous Grand Hyatt hotel in New York City. Integrations included security cameras, matter port models, specifications, work orders, temperature and humidity sensor data, etc.
Cityzenith worked with CBRE (the world’s largest property management firm) in the UK to develop a Digital Twin model of the City Council’s two headquarters buildings in central Aberdeen. CBRE Project scope integrated multiple real-time IOT building systems (controls, lease management, security) in a single model to replace the incumbent system.
